Technical features

This line is developed for the continuous production of different kind of dough (puff pastry, croissant and Danish dough) avoiding any stress or stretching on the dough thanks to “zero-stress” technologies and with a gentle dough laminating processing. This line is available in different widths from 600 up to 1600 mm depending on the required production capacities.
