MAKE UP TABLE MODEL CANOL- LINE STANDARD
The make up table model Canol-line is designed to produce a wide variety of products, such as puff- pastry products, yeasted products and other pastry specialities.
A pneumatic guillotine is installed on the make up table with electronic synchronisation with the depositor. Various types of blades or cutting dies can be installed on the guillotine to obtain a wide range of products cut into the desired shapes. The make up tables are controlled by PLC controlled and equipped with a touch screen with the ability to store and recall programs and parameters for managing various work functions. The Mod. Canol-Line make up table offers the advantage of high flexibility and production capacity combined with ease of use.
Canol offers a wide range of accessories required to produce a wide variety of pastry products such as electric depositors with 4 or 6 outlets suitable for spot, continuous or intermittent dosing of creamy products as well as other accessories such as:
