TECHNICAL FEATURES

The dough billets laminating lines Compact are suitable for continuous laminating of puff pastry billets, croissant and yeast dough and other types of dough allowing to reach the final thickness desired by the customer, avoiding as much as possible stress and tension to the structure of the dough itself, thus guaranteeing quality and homogeneity to the products obtained. The dough billets laminating lines can be equipped with one, two or more gauging rollers depending on the final thickness of the dough sheet  required by the customer.

They are generally used to feed make-up tables, croissant machines or other lines and forming machines with dough bands of 600mm or 800mm of width.

Our lines are designed in a modular way and therefore allow for their extension and integration in order to follow the development in terms of our customer’s production capacity and automation.
