These lines are capable of producing puff pastry or croissant dough billets (blocks) with the automatic incorporation of fat such as margarine, butter or mix.

The number of fat layers in the final billet is easily adjustable thanks to the line programming facilitated by the adoption of a particularly intuitive software for the machine operator.

The production capacities of the lines are very flexible and respond to the needs of the market with a natural inclination towards continuous improvement, also thanks to the adoption of new technologies.
